Sales Hunter is a product of PIVOT Ventures. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Sales Hunter website, web app, mobile app and portal, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, phone number, role, company and the password you set (stored hashed).
  • Work activity: the leads, visits, deals, messages, commissions and approvals you create or that are recorded for you, with an audit trail.
  • Location: only while you use Map Hunt or clock in at a work site, and only with your permission. We do not track you in the background.
  • Photos and files you choose to upload, such as a photo of a business sent as a lead.
  • Device and usage data: app version, device type, push-notification token, and basic logs for security and fixing faults.

Information about prospects

Map Hunt finds businesses from public map and business listings. We store the business name, address, category and any public contact details as a lead for the company that ran the hunt. Messages sent to prospects through Sales Hunter respect opt-outs and contact limits, and replies are stored with the lead.

How we use it

To run the service for your company, calculate and show commission, send messages you ask us to send, keep the platform secure, give support and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

  • Your company and its administrators can see your work activity and records.
  • Service providers that help us run Sales Hunter, such as hosting and network providers, SMS and WhatsApp providers, email delivery, and map and imagery providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities where the law requires it.

Public totals

The website shows platform-wide totals of leads generated and sales won. No names or company data are shown.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep account data while your account is active. Sales, commission and audit records may be kept after deletion where your company or the law needs them. To delete your account, see Delete your account.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and each company's data is kept separate from others. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your password private.

Children

Sales Hunter is for people aged 18 and over.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to info@saleshunter.trade.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email.
