Using Sales Hunter
Access is granted by your company or by Sales Hunter. You must give accurate details, keep your login private and use the service only for lawful sales activity. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Company accounts
A company that registers is responsible for its agents, its products and prices, its commission rules and confirming sales. Commission is paid by the company under its own rules; Sales Hunter records and shows it but is not the employer or payer of agents.
Outreach and prospects
When you contact prospects by SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone you must follow the law, respect opt-outs and contact limits, and only send messages the company has approved. We may block or limit sending that breaks these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service.
Plans and payment
Paid plans and pay-as-you-go usage are described on the pricing page. Prices shown in local currency are indicative; the invoice currency and final amount are confirmed when you register.
Availability
We work to keep Sales Hunter available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or stop features with reasonable notice.
Ending use
You can stop using Sales Hunter at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sales Hunter is not liable for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
